I’ve always believed that creativity is gravity that the things we build, when made with intention, find each other.

Sommtable, Vinely, Class.Wiki, New Media Agency, WixLab
they may look like separate ventures on paper, but they orbit the same idea: connection.

Connection between people, between craft and technology, between the digital world and the one we can taste, touch, and feel.

I built these companies to explore different languages of that connection.

New Media Agency speaks in strategy.
WixLab speaks in design.
Sommtable speaks in experience.

Vinely speaks in story.
Class.Wiki speaks in knowledge.

Each one was born at a different moment of my life, each one answered a different question.
But today, I see them as one constellation.

Not a hierarchy, not a corporation, but a living system  an ecosystem of creation, culture, and commerce.

The world doesn’t need more noise. It needs harmony.
And harmony is what happens when creativity, intelligence, and purpose align.

This playbook is not just a framework.
It’s a map of how I think, how I connect ideas and people.
It’s how I believe brands, artists, and innovators can build their own constellations, too.

So wherever you are building, teaching, designing, dreaming ..
find your orbit.
And let gravity do the rest.

Bio

My name is Alberto, though during my time at a British school, everyone called me Bertie. I was born in Lisbon and grew up in the Cascais-Sintra area.
When I transferred to an American school in 4th grade, Bertie somehow turned into Birdie -- though I’m still not quite sure why. That same year, I ended up repeating the grade due to struggles with dyslexia. It wasn’t easy, but it became one of my first and most valuable lessons in resilience.

My background is a bit of a global mix: my mom is French-Swiss, born in Rabat, Morocco. My dad was Spanish, born in Cairo, Egypt. So naturally, I ended up in California at the age of 18.

In L.A., I took track & field seriously while studying at Santa Monica College. Later, I dipped into film and marketing courses at UCLA Extension mainly so I could work on the side. And I really worked. I juggled three jobs: pool boy at the Regent Beverly Hills Hotel, sales guy at Neiman Marcus, and waiter at Don Corleone Pizzaria. Retail paid commission, and that lit a fire under me.

Eventually, I ditched school and dove headfirst into work… and then spent everything I earned on wild moonshots like making short films. Not the wisest investments, but definitely the most fun.

My two greatest loves are my daughter Chiara and Oriana, they’re the heart of everything I do.

The rest led me to what you see below.
